Ziegler-Natta催化剂催化的1-癸烯齐聚物的结构表征

摘 要:采用GC-MS和13C NMR对Ziegler-Natta催化剂催化1-癸烯齐聚所得齐聚物的组成和结构进行了表征。GC-MS和GC的分析结果表明所得齐聚物是混合物,主要由二聚体、三聚体、四聚体和五聚体组成。齐聚物的质量百分含量分别为14%、45%、31%和10%。13C NMR结果表明1-癸烯齐聚时存在键接异构,除头-尾键接的1,2插入,还存在头-头,尾-尾键接的2,1插入。1-癸烯齐聚物的倾点低,粘度指数高。

Structure and Properties of Oligomer from 1-Decene Catalyzed by Ziegler-Natta Catalyst

Abstract:The oligomer from 1-decene promoted by Ziegler-Natta Catalyst was characterized with GC-MS,GC and 13C NMR methods.The results from GC-MS and GC analysis confirmed that the oligomer was a mixture consisting of di-(14%),tri-(45%),tetra-(31%) and pentamer(10%).The 13C NMR data also implied that the chain propagation of the oligomer involved primarily head-to-tail 1,2-insertions,as well as head-to-head and tail-to-tail 2,1-insertions.The oligomer obtained featured lower pour point and high viscosity index.
