共沉淀法制备CeO_2-ZrO_2纳米固溶体的研究

摘 要:研究了反应温度、沉淀剂浓度及分散剂等因素对共沉淀法制备CeO2-ZrO2固溶体的影响,并利用TEM、XRD等方法对固溶体进行表征。结果表明:在反应温度为18~25℃,氨水浓度为5~6mol/L,分散剂选用聚丙烯酰胺的工艺条件下可制备出平均粒径为10nm左右,粒度分布均匀的纳米CeO2-ZrO2固溶体。

CeO_2-ZrO_2 Nano Solid Solution Prepared by Co-precipitation Method

Abstract:The influences of reaction temperature,content of precipitation agent and dispersing agent on CeO2-ZrO2 solid solution prepared by co-precipitation method was studied,and the solid solution was characterized by TEM and XRD.The results indicated that the even distribution of CeO2-ZrO2 nano-solid solution with particle size about 10 nm could be obtained under the following process conditions such as temperature of reaction 18~25℃,5~6 mol/L NH3·H2O and dispersing agent polyacrylamide.
