超声波引发格氏反应制备几种香料

摘 要:以超声波为引发条件,引发制备格氏试剂,从而制备几种香料:二甲基苄基原醇、4-甲基-3-癸烯-5-醇、1-辛烯-3-醇、8-烯丙基-8-羟基三环[5,2,1,02,6]癸烷。与常规引发条件相比,超声波引发格氏反应具有反应时间短、节约能源、操作简便、收率高等优点。

Synthesis of Aromatics by Grignard Reaction with Supersonic Wave as Revulsant

Abstract:Synthesis methods of some aromatics such as dimethylbenzyl carbinol,4-methyl-3-decene-5-ol,1-octene-3-ol,8-allyl-8-hydroxytricyclo[5,2,1,02,6]decane by Grignard reaction were summarized in the paper using supersonic wave as revulsant. This method had characteristics of short reaction time,few energetic resources,simple operation conditions,high yield,and etc compared with the conventional methods.
