高效液相色谱法测定阔草清中间体含量的方法学研究

摘 要:建立了HPLC法测定阔草清中间体N-(2,6-二氟苯基)-5-氨基-1,2,4-三唑-3-磺酰胺含量的方法:色谱柱Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);以v(甲醇)∶v(水)=25∶75(水:25 mmol/L Na2HPO4-H3PO4,pH=7.8)作为流动相;检测波长为214 nm,流速0.6 mL/min,柱温35℃。结果表明阔草清中间体在0.019 9~0.2991μg内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999。该方法柱效高、灵敏、快速、准确,可用于阔草清中间体含量的测定。

Determination of Content of Flumetsulam Intermediate by HPLC

Abstract:A HPLC method for determining the content of flumetsulam intermediate N-(2,6-difluorophenyl)-5-amino-1,2,4-triazole-3-sulfonamide was established.The HPLC system was as follow:inertsil Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm),v(methyl alcohol)∶v(water)=25∶75(water:25 mmol/L disodium hydrogen phosphate-phosphoric acid,pH=7.8)as mobile phase at flow rate of 0.6 mL/min,UV detection at 214 nm and the column temperature of 35℃.Result showed that the N-(2,6-difluorophenyl)-5-amino-1,2,4-triazole-3-sulfon...
