5-降冰片烯-2-醛的合成研究 |

摘 要:2-氯-5-氯甲基吡啶是生产吡虫啉、吡虫清和噻虫啉等的重要中间体,5-降冰片烯-2-醛是环戊二烯-丙稀醛法合成2-氯-5-氯甲基吡啶第一步反应中得到的中间产物。5-降冰片烯-2-醛由环戊二烯和丙稀醛发生狄尔斯-阿尔德(Diels-Alder)反应而成。以正交实验方式优化出5-降冰片烯-2-醛的反应条件。考查了原料配比、反应温度和反应时间对反应的影响,并对不同的保温温度进行考查,确定出最佳的保温温度。 |
