摘　要：综述了2-取代-4(3H)-喹唑啉酮类化合物几种主要的合成方法,主要介绍了包括以2-氨基苯甲酸、2-氨基苯甲酰胺、2-氨基苯甲腈、2-氨基苯甲酸酯等为原料的合成方法,并对这些方法进行了简单的评述。

Progress on Synthesis of 2-Substituted-4(3H)-quinazolinone Derivatives

Abstract：Several major synthetic methods of the 2-substituted-4(3H)-quinazolinone derivatives are reviewed,including the reactions in which anthranilic acids,anthranilamides,2-aminobenzonitriles and anthranilates was used as the materials.An advantage and disadvantage to these methods are simply evaluated.
