正交试验法研究反丁烯二酸二甲酯制备的工艺条件 |

摘 要:通过正交试验的方法,用马来酸酐和甲醇为原料制备反丁烯二酸二甲酯,考察了醇酸比、异构化温度、酯化时间和催化剂用量对收率的影响,确定了优化反应条件为:n(醇)∶n(酸酐)=121∶,异构化温度为100℃,回流反应6h,n(马来酸酐)n∶(磷酸)=8∶1。优化条件下可获得理想的实验结果,并经分析得到了验证。 |
