阳离子聚合物聚二甲基烯丙基氯化铵的设计合成 |

摘 要:以二甲基烯丙基胺为原料,经盐酸酸化、自由基聚合反应制得阳离子-聚合物聚二甲基烯丙基氯化铵,并确定了其阳离子单体的优化合成工艺条件:n(二甲基烯丙基胺)n∶(盐酸)=1.01∶.1,反应温度为10.0℃,反应时间为2h,阳离子单体二甲基烯丙基氯化铵的收率可达37.1%。在引发剂二氯偶氮脒质量浓度为10.0g/L,阳离子单体二甲基烯丙基氯化铵在浓度为60%的条件下,经聚合反应可得特性黏数为3.550的聚二甲基烯丙基氯化铵。 |

Design and Synthesis of Cationic Polymer DMAAC |

Abstract:A cationic monomer dimethylallylammonium chloride(DMAAC)was synthesized from dimethylallylamine(DMAA) through acidification and free radical polymerization,and then polymerized to form poly(dimethylallylammonium chloride)(PDMAAC).The optimal synthetic conditions of DMAAC were confirmed as follow: the molar ratio of DMAA and HCl 1.0 ∶ 1.1 and reaction for 2 h in the temperature 10℃,the yield of DMAA reached 37.1%.PDMAAC with limiting viscosity number of 3.550 was synthesized with the initiator concentration ... |
