间苯二甲酸液相催化氧化合成间苯二酚研究 |

摘 要:以间苯二甲酸为起始原料,在催化剂铜和助剂镁作用下,以空气中的分子氧作氧化剂,通过液相催化氧化继而水解制得间苯二酚。通过系列实验考察了温度、催化剂及助剂用量、空气流量、搅拌强度、水解条件等因素对反应的影响,确定了反应条件:反应温度250℃,催化剂用量7%,助剂用量7%,空气流量0.2L/min,搅拌强度200r/min,水解温度230℃,水解时间2h。在此条件下间苯二甲酸转化率32.3%,间苯二酚收率18.9%。 |
