2,4-二氯苯并噻唑的合成研究

摘 要:以2-氨基-4-氯苯并噻唑为原料,在酸性条件下与亚硝酸钠反应,再水解生成2,4-二氯苯并噻唑。探讨了亚硝酸钠的用量、反应温度和反应时间3个因素对产物收率的影响,优化了合成工艺。在优化条件下,产品收率为91.9%,纯度达98.6%。

Synthesis of 2,4-Dichlorbenzothiazole

Abstract:2,4-Dichlorbenzothiazole was prepared from 2-amino-4-chlorbenzothiazole through diazotization and hydrolysis.The amount of sodium nitrite,reaction temperature and time were the main effective factors,and the optimum synthesis conditions were obtained.The yield and purity of the product reached 91.9% and 98.6%,respectively,under the optimal conditions.
