对乙氧基苯乙酸的合成研究

摘 要:以对羟基苯乙酸为原料,分别采用溴乙烷和硫酸二乙酯为醚化试剂,经Williamson醚化合成了对乙氧基苯乙酸。通过正交实验得出两条路线的较优合成条件:溴乙烷法中,n(对羟基苯乙酸)n∶(溴乙烷)=11∶.6,反应温度68℃,反应时间5h,收率85%左右;硫酸二乙酯法中,n(对羟基苯乙酸)n∶(硫酸二乙酯)n∶(氢氧化钠)=1∶2.5∶2.4,反应温度80℃,收率在90%以上。

Abstract:4-Ethoxyphenylacetic acid was synthesized from 4-hydroxyphenylacetic acid by the Williamson etherization reaction.Ethyl bromide and diethyl sulfate were used as etherization reagents,respectively.By experiments utilizing an orthogonal design,optimum synthesis conditions were obtained as follows: in the ethyl bromide route,the molar ratio of 4-hydroxyphenylacetic acid to ethyl bromide was 1 ∶ 1.6,the reaction temperature was 68℃,the reaction time was 5 h and the yield was about 85%.In the diethyl sulfate rou...
