甲硫嘧磺隆原药的合成工艺研究

摘 要:甲硫嘧磺隆(C9908)是湖南化工研究院对磺酰脲类化合物进行结构修饰而得到的新除草剂。探讨了以2-氨基-4-甲氧基-6-甲硫基嘧啶(AOTP)和2-甲酸甲酯苯磺酰异氰酸酯(MCBI)为原料合成标题化合物的方法,对影响反应的主要因素进行了研究,获得了优化反应条件:n(AOTP)n∶(MCBI)=11∶.75、温度60~70℃、时间1.5h。优化条件下,收率高于93%,产品含量高于96%。
