嘧菌酯的合成

摘 要:报道了合成高效杀菌剂嘧菌酯(1)的方法。首先以邻羟基苯乙酸(2)为原料与原甲酸三甲酯在醋酐中反应制备3-(α-甲氧基)-亚甲基苯并呋喃-2(3氢)-酮(4),收率59%;化合物4 再与甲醇钠、4,6-二氯嘧啶在四氢呋喃中反应得到(E)-2-[2-(6-氯嘧啶-4-基氧基)苯基]-3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯(6),收率60%;化合物6 与水杨腈反应得到嘧菌酯(1),收率81%。总收率28.6%。

Synthesis of Azoxystrobin

Abstract:Azoxystrobin,methyl(E)-2-{2-[6-(2-cyanophenoxy)pyrimidin-4-yloxy] phenyl} -3-methoxyacrylate (1),is a new fungicide of methoxyacrylates. A new practical synthesis of azoxystrobin was described in this paper. 2-Hydroxyphenylacetic(2)was treated with trimethyl orthoformate and acetic anhydride to form 3-(-methoxy)-methylenebenzo- furan-2(3H)-one(4),the yield is 59%. The compound 4 then reacted with sodium methoxide,methanol and 4,6-dichloropyrimidine in tetrahydrofuran to produce methyl(E)-2-[2-(6-chloropyrimidin-4-yloxy)phenyl]-3-methoxyacrylate(6),the yield is 60%. Then the compound 4 was treated with 2-cyanophenol to form azoxystrobin,and the yield is 81%. The total yield of the product is 28.6%.
