5,7-二甲基-1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶-2-芳磺酸酯新型化合物的合成及生物活性

摘 要:三唑类化合物具有广泛的生物活性。以2-羟基-5,7-二甲基-1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶为原料,在缚酸剂存在下,于室温分别和苯磺酰氯、对甲苯磺酰氯进行酯化反应,合成了两个新型的5,7-二甲基-1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶-2-芳磺酸酯化合物a和b。产物经质谱、红外光谱、核磁共振谱确证。初步生物活性表明,该化合物具有一定的杀菌活性和除草活性,其中a有较高除草活性,而b对禾本科植物有较好的促进生长活性。

Synthesis and Bioactivity of Novel 2-(5,7-Dimethyl-1,2,4-triazole[1,5-a]pyrimidine) Benzenesulfonate Compounds

Abstract:1,2,4-Triazole derivatives are ertensively used in pharmaceutical and pesticide synthesis. Two new 2-(5,7-dimethyl-1,2,4-triazole[1,5-a]pyrimidine) benzenesulfonate compounds a and b were synthesized from 2-hydroxyl-5,7-dimethyl-1,2,4-triazole[1,5-a] pyrimidine by cyclization and esterization,and their structures were confirmed by IR,UV and 1H NMR. Bioassay results showed that compound a and b exhibited fungicidal and herbicidal activity,which compound a had good herbicidal activity,and b had growth regulation activity.
