3-苯甲酰基苯乙腈单甲基化的研究 |

| 摘 要：以3-苯甲酰基苯乙腈为原料，采用碳酸二甲酯进行α-甲基化反应制备2-（3苯甲酰基苯基）丙腈，使反应控制在单甲基化阶段，HPLC测定产物含量99.7%。同时探讨了催化剂的选择、反应温度、反应时间对反应的影响。 |

| Study on Monomethylation of 3-Benzoylbenzeacetonitrile |

| Abstract：2-（3-Benzoylphenyl）propionitrile which was an important intermediate of ketoprofen was synthesized from 3-benzoylbenzeacetonitrile via monomethylation in the presence of dimethyl carbonate，Pure compound was obtained and the content of crystal was about 99.7%. The influence of catalysts，reaction temperature and reaction time on reactions were discussed. |
