4-氨基-3,5-二甲基吡唑合成工艺改进

摘 要:以乙酰丙酮为起始原料,采用两步法新工艺合成了目标产物4-氨基-3,5-二甲基吡唑,总收率达到71.7%;对肟化反应条件进行了优化,确定适宜的反应条件为:n(乙酰丙酮) ∶ n(亚硝酸钠)=1 ∶ 1,反应温度5~10℃,反应时间20 min。

An Improvement on Synthesis of 4-Amino-3,5-dimethylpyrazole

Abstract:4-Amino-3,5-dimethylpyrazole was synthesized from aletylacetone via two reactions. The overall yield was up to 71.7%. Furthermore,the oximation conditions were optimized,and the optimum conditions were as follows,the mole ratio of sodium nitrite to acetylacetone is 1 ∶ 1,the reaction temperature varies from 5 to 10℃ and the reaction time is 20 min.
