摘　要：综述了国内外第四代头孢类抗生素硫酸头孢噻利的合成研究进展。介绍了由头孢母核、7位侧链和3位侧链不同原料的各种合成路线，分析了各种合成方法的优缺点。在避开国内外专利保护的范围内，提出了新的环境友好的研究思路。

Progress on the Synthesis of Cefoselis Sulfate

Abstract：This paper reviewed the progress of the fourth generation antibiotics cefoselis sulfate. According to the materials of cephalosporin matrix，intermediate，the synthetic methods for cefoselis sulfate was described in detail. The advantages and disadvantages of the methods were analyzed together. A new environment-friendly method was proposed to avoid the protection of patent.
