光气法合成2,3-吡啶羧酸酐

摘 要:2,3-吡啶羧酸酐是新型广谱除草剂灭草烟的重要中间体,文献所介绍的合成方法是以2,3-吡啶二羧酸与乙酸酐反应制得。笔者在文献基础上对合成方法进行了改进,以2,3-吡啶二羧酸与光气反应,降低了成本,简化了操作,得到的产品纯度达94%,收率超过88%,达到文献值。产品结构经元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振确证。

Synthesis of Pyridine-2,3-dicarboxylic Anhydride by Phosgene

Abstract:Pyridine-2,3-dicarboxylic anhydride,a key intermediate of the herbicide imazapyr,was synthesized from pyridine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid and anhydride according to the methods in the patents. The synthesis method was improved by replacement of anhydride with phosgene in the paper. The purity and yield of the target product achieved 94% and over 88%,conventient operation and cheap veagents. The structure of product was conformed by elementary analysis,IR and 1H NMR.
