乳酸甲酯的合成研究

摘 要:以大孔强酸性阳离子交换树脂作催化剂,在不同条件下催化合成乳酸甲酯。实验结果表明:在催化剂作用下,反应温度60℃,流速180 g/h,物料比n(甲醇) ∶ n(乳酸)=2 ∶ 1,酯化收率达85.36﹪。

Study on Synthesis of Methyl Lactade

Abstract:Synthesis of methyl lactate on the cation exchange resin was studied under the diffrent conditions. The optimal conditions of esterification from a sevies experiments were achieved as follow∶ molar ratio of methanol to lactic acid was 2 ∶ 1,reaction temperature 80℃,velocity of flow 180 g/h and the yield of esterification could reach 85.36% under the catalyst.
