六亚甲基二氨基甲酸正丁酯热分解制备1,6-六亚甲基二异氰酸酯新型催化剂研究

摘 要:合成了8种吡啶-2-甲酸盐,将其用作液相热分解六亚甲基二氨基甲酸正丁酯(HDU-B)制备1,6-六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)的催化剂,考察了其催化活性,实验结果表明吡啶-2-甲酸锌具有较好的催化性能。通过热分解实验确定了适宜的工艺条件:吡啶-2-甲酸锌为催化剂,适宜用量为HDU-B质量的1.0%~1.2%,真空度0.094 MPa,反应温度260~270℃,在此条件下,HDI收率88.7%,时空产率282.8 g/(g cat·h),优于目前的文献报道结果。

Investigation on the New Catalyst for Preparing 1,6-Hexamethylene Diisocyanate from Thermal Decomposition of Hexamethylene di-n-Butylurethane

Abstract:The eight kinds of metal picolinates were synthesized and used as catalysts for the thermal decomposition of hexamethylene di-n-butylurethane(HDU-B)to prepare 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) in the liquid phase .The experiment results showed that zinc picolinate had the highest catalystic activity .The optimum reaction conditions was obtained by thermal decomposition as following: zinc picolinate used as the catalyst (1.0%~1.2% by weight based on the weight of HDU-B),vacuum pressure 0.094 MPa and reaction temperature 260~270℃. Under the above conditions,the HDI yield and time-space yield reached 88.7% and 282.8 g/(g cat·h), respectively,which were superior to the reported data in the literatures .
