3,5-二氨基-1,2,4三唑硫酸盐的合成研究

摘 要:以二氰二胺和二盐酸肼为原料经合环和重排反应生成3,5-二氨基-1,2,4三唑(DAT),经酸化生成3,5-二氨基-1,2,4三唑硫酸盐[(DAT)2·H2SO4 ]。采用红外光谱、核磁共振、质谱等鉴定了其结构。并进一步研究了反应温度、反应时间、pH值和料比对DAT收率的影响。此方法提高了产物的纯度,改进了合成工艺,总收率达到76%。

Synthesis of 3,5-Diamino-1,2,4-triazole Sulfate

Abstract:Taking dicyandiamide and hydrazine dihydrochloride as materials, 3,5-diamino-1,2,4-triazole(DAT)was synthesized by the reaction of condensation and rearrangement, and then acidized to 3,5-diamino-1,2,4-triazole sulfate[(DAT)2·H2SO4]. The structure was confirmed by IR, 1 HNMR, IE and MS. Furthermore, effect of the factors such as temperature, pH, reaction time and the amount of raw materials on the yield of DAT was investgated. The method was useful to increase the purity of the product by improving the synthesis craft. Overall yield of the product reached 76%.
