大孔树脂提取纯化姜黄素的研究

摘 要:通过考察不同大孔树脂对姜黄素吸附与解吸性能,探讨大孔树脂对姜黄素的吸附和解吸工艺,筛选出适用的大孔树脂型号。实验结果表明S-8大孔树脂对姜黄素吸附能力较大,并且解吸性能好,吸附阶段的泄漏点为1.0,饱和点为8.9,解吸阶段的适用乙醇浓度为100%,因此,适合作为分离纯化姜黄素的树脂型号。

Separation and Purification of Curcumin with Macroporous Resins

Abstract:The suitable macroporous resin was selected through investigation of the absorption and elution of various macroporous resins for curcumin and their oplimum technological parameter. The experimental results show that S-8 macroporous resin is suitable for separation and purification of curcumin because of its excellent adosorption capacities and elution ability. In the adsorption phase,when the ratio between curcumin and S-8 macroporous resin is 1.0,curcumin appeared leaking,There was no adsorptiom of curcumin on the resin when the ratio was 8.9. In the elution phase,the optimum alcohol concentration is 100%.
